About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior SEO Specialist who can independently manage client SEO growth across SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives.

This is not a pure strategy or reporting role. We need someone execution-focused who can:

  • Handle clients confidently
  • Work in fast-moving and sometimes unstructured environments
  • Bring clarity to projects even when requirements evolve
  • Build and follow strong SEO processes
  • Deliver measurable ranking, traffic, and lead growth outcomes


The ideal candidate should be highly process-driven, proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and changing priorities without losing execution speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own SEO strategy and execution for client projects
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
  • Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO independently
  • Optimize websites for AI search visibility (AEO/GEO)
  • Improve rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct technical audits and coordinate fixes with developers
  • Build backlink and authority-building strategies
  • Create structured SEO processes, reporting systems, and SOPs
  • Present updates, insights, and recommendations to clients confidently
  • Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams.

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Keyword clustering
    • Search intent
    • Internal linking
    • Structured data/schema
    • Core Web Vitals
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Search Console
    • GA4
    • Ahrefs
    • SEMrush
    • Screaming Frog
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to bring structure and execution discipline into evolving projects
  • Agency experience preferred
